SOURABH SINHA
CEO
Sourabh brings 25+ years of leadership and enterprise platform experience. Prior to Sukhi, Sourabh held various executive product development and engineering roles at Microsoft and at multiple healthcare IT startups. He received an Aerospace Engineering degree from IIT Kanpur and an MBA from the University of WA. Sourabh lives in Seattle, enjoys the Pacific Northwest outdoors, and is an avid golfer.

Cristina Costa
Diversity and Bias Training
Cristina is an ICF Certified Coach and the Founder of Cristina Costa Coaching where she provides career and empowerment coaching to BIPOC professionals and leaders. She also provides professional development training, DEI, and inclusivity training to organizations across a variety of industries, from technology to nonprofit to higher education and healthcare sectors and has worked with companies such as Zillow, Betterment, AdmitHub, Amazon, MIT, and Suffolk University to name a few. She also serves as the Community Manager for The Career Journey, an online community of diverse professionals and job seekers to gain the support, coaching, and community to excel in their careers!
Cristina Co-founded and served as the Chief Marketing Officer for Women with Purpose, an organization that empowers, educates, and advances women of color in the Boston area through professional development workshops and coaching opportunities. She is on a mission to empower women of color in their careers and leadership journeys.
Marina Kirik

Marina holds a Master’s in HR Management and has a background in HR Consulting and Program Management. She is also a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Breathwork & Meditation Teacher, and the founder of Sum of all Positive, a corporate wellness business.
Passionate about making wellness accessible for all—regardless of budget, body, or lifestyle—Marina made a life-changing shift after experiencing burnout in the corporate world. Now, her focus is on helping others undo the damaging effects of stress and prioritize their well-being.
Dr. Michael Marquez
Interpersonal Relationships & self care
Dr. Michael Marquez is a licensed psychologist and co-owner of Bmore Liberated, a group practice of queer-identified therapists whose passion lies in providing affirming care for marginalized communities. Michael has experience providing outreach and consultation with several organizations and clinics, with a focus on optimizing relationships and happiness during the pandemic and organizational policies to be more inclusive.

Rick Clerici
Sleep Optimization
Rick Clerici is a therapist, educator, and activist whose background in therapy, change strategies and sleep medicine makes him uniquely prepared to raise the public understanding of sleep. As the director at Clear Mind Systems since 1987, he has helped thousands of clients with anxiety, panic, and insomnia. Serving as a corporate sleep consultant, he works with four national employee assistance programs and 45 corporations, universities, and hospitals helping employees to improve their sleep.
At Sleep Health Centers, Rick spent two years studying sleep in the laboratory and attended more than 500 overnight and daytime sleep studies. Rick is also a certified hypnotherapist, behavioral sleep therapist, and meditation teacher. He holds a B.S. in Education and Psychology from the University of Massachusetts.
