Join us each Tuesday, after work at 6pm EST, for an opportunity to reset. Drown out the noise, breathe in deep, and take 30 minutes to experience a virtual group meditation. We're grateful for the zen and expertise of Shivani, our Master Coach, who will be guiding the meditations in real time.
It is an Asian-themed event that includes lively cultural performances, fitness demonstrations, family-friendly activities such as face-painting, henna, and calligraphy and informational booths from community-based organizations and other District agencies. This will be the fifth consecutive year that MOAPIA has hosted this event as part of the Chinatown Park Series. We are anticipating 1000 attendees this year.

Join us for yoga in the park! On Sunday, June 2nd and 9th, we’re going to be stretching and relaxing from 10:00 to 11:00 AM in Meridian Hill Park, 16th St NW &, W St NW, Washington, DC 20009. On Wednesday, June 5th at 6:45 PM, we’re hosting a FREE screening of the documentary Unbroken Glass, where filmmaker Dinesh Sabu explores the mental illness that runs in his family.
