BIPOC Burnout and Employee Retention Webinar

Copy+of+Thinking+on+Emotions+Graphic.png

Join Sukhi in a conversation about the disproportionate impact of work burnout on BIPOC employees and retention.

According to the World Health Organization, “burnout is a syndrome conceptualized as resulting from chronic workplace stress that has not been successfully managed.”

While everyone experiences burnout there are other, often systemic, factors that racial and ethnic minority groups face that have been exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic. In the remote-work era especially, BIPOC employees are experiencing more stress and anxiety-related mental health problems.

The struggle to beat workplace burnout affects everyone and burnout's disproportionate impact on BIPOC communities highlights the importance of population-level and tailored interventions for mental health promotion and mental illness prevention.

Join us on May 28th at 1 PM EST to help your employees deal with burnout and increase resilience.
